T-Metrics Achieves Another Milestone with FedRAMP In Process Designation

Charlotte, North Carolina, August 6, 2021 T-Metrics, a SaaS based omnichannel contact center software company, has obtained U.S. Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) “In Process” status through a sponsorship with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). As Federal agencies increasingly embrace the “Cloud” for services, the FedRAMP process will accelerate cloud adoption through a standardized approach to security assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring of cloud-based products and services.
“I’m very proud of the entire T-Metrics team for their perseverance in achieving this important milestone, ”said Arthur Pravato, CEO of T-Metrics. “We look forward to partnering with even more agencies to improve their constituent’s experiences in a secure, private, and cost-effective manner.”
Unlike many omnichannel offerings, the T-Metrics solution enables a flexible consumption model which allows agents to operate in a hybrid environment. With its SaaS solution, T-Metrics drives agent productivity by enabling movement between different consumption models (public, private, and FedRAMP) with a single agent/supervisor sign-on and interface regardless of the consumption model.
Pravato continued, “We are now one step away from being the only omnichannel contact center company in the industry with both JITC (on-premises) and FedRAMP (cloud) security certifications with a single solution. This puts Federal and State agencies in the position to manage their migration to the cloud via a hybrid model without compromise or differing security standards.”
Beyond its scalability (from 50 agents to 10k agents) and reliability, the T-Metrics solution significantly reduces project risk associated with a move to the cloud and provides unparalleled investment protection by going over the top of an agency’s current UC provider’s infrastructure.
