PhoneGroups™ MBS Command Post Console

The MBS Command Post Console is a PC-based control console for Command Post agents in a high volume environment who are required to make calls, answer calls and set up conferences using databases.

The Console automates the steps the Command Post agent regularly performs, lessening the time and effort needed to perform routine operations. It allows the Command Post agent to have quick name look-ups; various search options of multiple databases for callers when only minimal details about the person he/she is trying to reach; full time recordings are made of every call handled.

The process of handling conference calls is highly automated to decrease response time.
