PhoneGroups™ Information Directory

Many times, you need access to information that is not in a database.  This information is usually:

• In paper form around your desk

• On the internet

• A file on the corporate LAN

The Information Directory, which is part of the PhoneGroups Console, can place this information in an easily indexed format that is quickly accessed.  In many cases, the program can also dial or transfer callers to phone numbers that appear on the Information Directory screen.  And, you can print a copy of the information or, if so configured, fax or email directly from the PC.
