TM-2000 Hearts Apart & Morale Call Server
This fully automated system takes the human element out and frees the operator for other calls. Its integral parts consist of up to 24 ports (per server) that answer calls and an IVR front end that helps connect the caller to the called party.
The goal of the TM-2000 Hearts-Apart & Morale-Call solution is to provide a fair and equitable way of allowing all personnel to make Hearts-Apart & Morale-Call calls, while reducing the workload on the base operators.
Once a call comes into the system, the caller will be prompted for their PIN. Once the PIN is entered, the caller will then dial the number and the call is completed.
The call is also monitored by the system and will automatically disconnect in a pre-defined amount of time, usually 15 minutes. A pre-determined warning (set by the base or Command) will be given indicating the call will end.
The system also provides reports showing how many calls are made through the base.
The TM-2000 Hearts-Apart & Morale-Call Server runs off the TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Platform that has been fully certified by the DISN Security Accreditation Working Group (DSAWG), and can be placed on any military network worldwide.
