Monitor Module (Wallboard Display)

The TM-2000 IP ACD platform is equipped with software that allows for the viewing of statistics kept by the system.  These statistics can be displayed from any PC that has the ACD Monitor Module installed which gives the versatility to display the statistics on virtually any kind of display, including a wallboard or mounted television environment.

The ACD Monitor Module gives the ability to display:

• agent names and phone numbers

• current statuses and phone states of all agents

• call volume statistics on both a per agent and per skill basis

• various other statistics like SLA, average speed to answer, caller ID, and much more
