"In December 2007 DIACAP testing on our TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Platform product was completed. However, the Government placed all DIACAP product acceptance tests on hold until the product tests again in the JITC lab. Once the JITC/ DSAWG process is completed, a DIACAP scorecard request will be available to every base, post, camp, or station. Scorecards must be requested by a DoD representative, whether military or civilian; no vendor, bidding contractor, or a prime can obtain one. Fortunately, T-Metrics needed all its products recertified for the next three years (TM-2000 ACD and Attendant Consoles), and we have completed retesting in the JITC lab. Therefore, when the testing is accepted in September, a scorecard for all T-Metrics products will be available to a requesting DoD organization from the JITC lab."

Incorporated in 1989, T-Metrics, a Nortel Developer Partner, has been developing products for the military over the last nine years. Today, the Company is focused on two major areas:
• IP-based Call Center Products
Our first major military sale was our MSAC Operator Consoles purchased by the Air Mobility Command (AMC), along with our Visually Impaired Operator Consoles (VIOC). The VIOC offers a way for a visually impaired or totally blind operator to use our consoles. Because of the VIOC's success with the AMC project, we are now in 60 Air Force Bases worldwide.
We are very familiar with the DITSCAP and JITC processes and fully support both programs. Our SoftPhones are on the Approved Product Listing under JITC and our TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Platform has passed all I/O and I/A testing and is now DSAWG approved. Our ACD is also fully DITSCAP approved.
We have our products in Navy bases overseas and also have our MSAC Consoles at MCB Quantico, Virginia. Our MBS Command Post Consoles are in the field at Los Angeles AFB, California.
In addition to our MSACs and MBS Consoles, we also have our TM-2000 Multi-Purpose ACD Platform in Air Force hospitals, Help Desks, Housing offices, Finance offices, and Military Personnel Flights around the world. Currently Luke AFB, Arizona, and Eglin AFB, Florida has our Air Force Hearts-Apart and Morale Call System deployed, and we are continuing these installs as the year progresses.
